Description

The windows appear but remain empty, and an error message appears, saying that the dotnew command is not found.

Maybe a problem with 32-64 bit Libraries for the tcldot plugin, of for its dependencies?
Or a dependency that is missing?

(testing functionality itself appears to be working, unchecked: Jararaca, sts support, iocoChecker)

The problem is that /usr/lib/libltdl.3.dylib is referenced by libtcldot_built-in.dylib, and it does not exist on Lion.
What does exist, at least after installing Xcode4.1 on Lion: libltdl.dylib, and libltdl.7.dylib
After adding symlink from libltdl.3.dylib to libltdl.dylib anidot does work.

To check: does libltdl.dylib exist also before installing Xcode4.1?
Is it it possible to remove the .3 from the reference in libtcldot, such that the reference can be satisfied by libltdtl (without version) of any recent Mac OS version? (when all else fails we can of course patch libtcldot by hand using a binary file editor, but it would be much nicer to not have to resort to such measures)

Side note: Jararaca works.
Side note: on Lion java is a separate download from apple (it is not installed by default).

Fixed in 1.8.0.1 (version that only exists for Mac) by patching libtcldot by hand using a binary file editor.

Side note: sts support appears to be working.
