Description

when viewer programs exit with an error they are not automatically restarted - but there is no way to start them by hand.

added View menu entry to restart Visualization Services (closes #81)

TODO: disable entry when all services are running; enable when one has died

should be less of an issue now, because animation servers will not exit anymore (see Bug #94) -- but of course they may still crash:-(

added a "restart services" menu entry to View menu.

TODO: enable/disable based on what we know about availability of the services.
TODO: change the FailureReporter stuff to work with listeners, such that also the LogServices object can easily register listeners, to be informed about availability of services.

we now nable/disable based on what we know about availability of the services.
now AniServer can add and remove FailureReporter listeners.
